FAQ for LED Mirror
Because LED Mirror is the integration of Mirror and Lights. It can meet the wall lighting requirements typically above traditional mirrors and bring a clean and modern appearance to the bathroom.
The led mirrors can be installed in the bathroom, walk-in closet, above a bedroom dresser, hallway, in an office setting, hair salon, restaurant or retail store. There are many ways you can install an LED Mirror in your home or office.
Our LED mirrors come standard with 6000 Kelvin colored LED light strips, which we believe provide the best “natural daylight” lighting for cosmetic and beauty applications. We also offer an upgrade of 3000 Kelvin . As you can see in the chart below, 3000 Kelvin provides a “warmer” yellow light, more like a standard incandescent bulb. A warm color temperature helps you see what you look like in soft lighting conditions. The LED color options you choose depend on your personal taste and provide the same brightness (lumens) depending on the size of the mirror.
The LED mirrors can be installed horizontally or vertically. Please refer to the specification sheet of the mirrors for exact dimensions and location of hanging brackets behind the mirror.
LED mirrors are designed to provide the best lighting conditions for people standing in front of them to help them carry out beauty and makeup activities. LED lamps are a type of diffuse light that is not intended to be the main lighting in a room. Light is projected directly forward through frosted glass and does not project into corners of the room. We strongly recommend including additional led ceiling lights or led wall lights as the main lighting for the bathroom.
The color rendering index is a scale from 0 to 100%, indicating the accuracy of the light source when rendering colors. The higher the CRI, the better the color rendering ability. Light sources with a CRI of 85 or better are considered to be very good at color rendering. CRI is independent of color temperature, and the same applies to our standard 6000 Kelvin LED strips and 3000 Kelvin LED strips, which are available options for most of our LED mirrors.

Yes,the prices listed is the prices what you can buy,and you can order directly,the prices is free shipping prices,means you donot need to pay freight for transportation.
For our most items,the package sent from China factory,except the items which we have inventory in US or EU. However,for the custom items,should be sending from factory.
For the led mirrors and most of our led lights are produced by our factory,a small part of items like the lighting accessories are from our partner material supplier.
According to lows of different countries,the import tax is necessary,the free shipping prices donot include the tax charged by each country.
The packages are always sent by courior?
By express: DHL, FedEx, UPS 3-7 days after tracking number is recorded.
By sea:30-45 days
By train(EU): 15-25days
Small package by China post:10-15 days.
Firstly, we need you to take a video or images to show where is the problem.Solutions will be offered after we confirmed the problem and failed in trying to teach you correcting your usage.

1.resend the quantity of the defective products together with your next order
2.send the recovered quantity separately by express.

Yes,logo customization and brand customization(OEM&ODM) is no problem,however,we should have to do it with a MOQ,if for small quantity,it is not easy to custom the logo,will add a lot of cost,hope you can understand that.
